Cancellation Policy
BlakRose Artistry Body Art & Brow Studio Please Read (Revised October 2025) Deposits are nonrefundable. Please complete a consultation before you make a deposit payment to ensure your design idea is approved by the artist for scheduling. Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs before your appointment to keep your original deposit valid. All rescheduled appointments must be scheduled within two weeks, or you may be required to pay a new deposit. Only one reschedule is allowed before full cancellation. Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick. If you are showing any symptoms of sickness or flu, you will be asked to reschedule. You must be 18+ years of age at the time of booking. If you book an appointment for someone under the age of 18, you will be charged 100% of the deposit paid. (Virginia clients age 16-17 ARE ALLOWED with parental consent.) You must arrive within 20 minutes of your appointment time to avoid an automatic reschedule. All appointments require a consultation to discuss detail and size of the tattoo request. Any color requests will be an additional charge of $20-$100 price range. Consults may be done by phone or in person. All tattoo requests resulting in sessions lasting longer than 6 hours may be required to schedule for a second session to complete. Any clients requiring a single session to last longer than 7 hours will be charged an additional $200 for remaining hour. (8 hours max) Accepted Payment Methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER ZELLE, APPLE PAY, CASH CASH APP, VENMO AND PAYPAL IS NOT ACCEPTED
